1. Acceptance
The website www.atackalite.com (the “Site”) is operated by ATC Quality (ATC Kalite). Anyone using the Site is deemed to have accepted these terms.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site presents ATC Quality's management system consulting, audit and training services. The information on it is general in nature; it is not an offer, a commitment or a guarantee of certification. Certification decisions belong to the relevant certification bodies.
Visiting the Site or contacting us does not by itself create a service relationship; that is established by a separate agreement between the parties.
3. Intellectual Property
The texts, design and images on the Site belong to ATC Quality or to right holders who have given permission; they may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Standards and organisation names mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners.
4. Rules of Use
- Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, overload it or weaken its security.
5. Limitation of Liability
ATC Quality takes care to keep the information on the Site accurate and current but does not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors, or that the Site will be available without interruption. To the extent permitted by law, ATC Quality is not liable for damage arising from actions taken on the basis of the information on the Site. The Site may link to third-party websites; ATC Quality is not responsible for their content.

Information on the processing of personal data is given in the Privacy Policy and KVKK Privacy Notice and in the Cookie Policy.
7. Changes and Governing Law
ATC Quality may update these terms; the current text is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction.
